The Wynona Software Company will not only build your form for you based on your instructions, but we will host it on our website.  You are not in the web form business, we guess, otherwise you would be learning a new scripting language to do this yourself.  Whatever business you are in, you need to spend your time attending to it, not to servers, programming, or any other technical item.

Once your form is hosted on our server, it will be accessable from anywhere in the world, just like any other web page.
