As if the Banquet Planner were not enough in and of itself,The Wynona Software Company will create any interactive form you need using your layout.  When you send us your specific form, we will use it to create a totally interactive web page just like Banquet Planner.

You choose the layout, the subject (does not have to be a menu of any kind), the colors, the design and every other item on the form.  We will rewrite it in the online interactive format. Each time you need to make a change in the layout, items or whatever, you just let us know.

It can be a survey, a questionaire, or whatever information gathering form you need.  It can also be an online poll, or any other interactive form that fits  your requirements.

We can even put a logo or a picture on it if you provide one.
